Lost & Found
The Crabtree Security Department manages lost and found property. If you lost or misplaced an item at Crabtree, you can stop by the Security Window located on the backside of the mall near Crabtree Ale House, or call 919.874-5363, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. When property is found and identification is with the item, the department will do their best to contact you. We will make every effort to locate the legal owner of any property turned in.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs are available at our Security window. For directions and more information, please call 919.874.5363. A driver’s license will be required to check out a wheelchair.
Valet Parking
Visit the valet station located on the upper level, next to P.F. Chang’s for Crabtree’s $6 per day valet option on Friday – Sunday. P.F. Chang’s and Macy’s customers can enjoy complimentary valet services with validation along with Lexus vehicle owners.
Mall Walking
Crabtree offers a safe, year-round, climate-controlled fitness opportunity. Two laps around the entire perimeter of the lower level—including all wings—is one mile.
The property welcomes mall walkers to enter one hour before the property opens.
Stroller Rental
You can rent our bright, blue venture wheels jeep to provide comfort, make your trip more enjoyable, and will spur your little one's imagination. Stroller rentals are available on the Lower Level near Macy’s, Lower Level Center Court South near H&M, Lower Level Center Court South near Kanki.
