Key holder

We are a small, locally owned shop featuring products made by talented makers from across North Carolina, along with delicious bakery goods from Tonya's Cookies Bakery. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Part-Time Keyholder to join our team.
The Keyholder will help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers while assisting with the daily operations of the store.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting local businesses, and taking pride in keeping a small shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
• Opening and closing the store according to established procedures
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service
• Operating the cash register and handling cash, credit, and other payments accurately
• Assisting with cash counts and maintaining accurate transactions
• Greeting customers and assisting with product selection
• Maintaining basic knowledge of store products and bakery items
• Restocking and merchandising products
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting.
Qualifications: previous retail or customer service preferred, for weekends, holidays, and open/closing shifts.
