Whether you’re experienced in floral design or eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

* Create beautiful floral arrangements and displays.
* Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gifts for every occasion.
* Maintain fresh, attractive floral displays throughout the department.
* Process fresh flower shipments and care for inventory.
* Keep the floral department clean, organized, and inviting.
* Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Assist with holiday and seasonal promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

* Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
* Creativity and an eye for detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
* Floral experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
